Befriending Service (face to face or via telephone):
Social Support. The Team of 100+ Befrienders contact you for a chat and talk about the sorts of things you are interested in, or would like to try. We can help you find out about activities, groups and clubs in your area, and arrange to accompany you along to a group if needed until you feel confident enough to do things by yourself.
