Children's Services – Children's Advice and Duty Service (ChAD)

The ChAD team provide a single point of contact for families, members of the public and professionals who are seeking to raise a contact in respect of a child or young person they have concerns about or believe to be at risk of harm.

Early help have now changed their number to 01305 228558, this is now the ‘front door’ for all levels of family support including Children’s Social Care and Children’s Advice and Duty Service (Chad).

When calling in parents need to ask Business Support to put them through to Early Help or Family Help.

Opening hours Monday to Friday: 8am to 10pm, Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays: 9am to 10pm
