Mermaids is a UK charity that supports transgender, non-binary, and gender-diverse children and young people, as well as their families. Established in 1995, Mermaids offers resources, support services, and advocacy to promote understanding and acceptance of gender diversity. They provide a helpline, web chat, and support groups to assist young people and their families.
