How do people take part?
How often does it run?
The first date sets which weeks, so choose a date when it does meet.
For example, the first and third Thursday.
Which day or days?
Not needed if it runs just once.
Which weeks of the month?
Only if it runs once or more a month.
The next date it runs, or for every other week, a date when it meets.
Only some months of the year? (optional)
For example, September to May for a choir that breaks for the summer.
If it stops on a known date, such as the end of a course or term.
Leave unticked if it still runs on them. We skip bank holiday dates for you.
For example, free, or £2 including tea.
