The Harmony Centre – drop-in support

The Harmony Centre provides free mental health and wellbeing support in Bridport. The Harmony Drop-in is for adults aged 18+; anyone needing general support or feeling isolated can call in for a chat, advice, peer support, activities or a cup of tea. No referral or booking is needed. Drop-in opening times: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10am–1pm; check the centre calendar for other group activities.

The centre also partners with BCHA to provide the separate Bridport Community Front Room, commissioned by Dorset HealthCare as part of Access Mental Health. This is a separate face-to-face crisis support service for adults aged 18+, open Thursday to Sunday, 2.15pm–9.45pm at Units 2 & 8, The Tower Building, St Michael’s Estate, Bridport DT6 3RR. See its page for current access information. Bridport Food Bank is a separate service at St Mary’s Church and is not run by The Harmony Centre.
