For link workers and other professionals
Find local groups and activities for the people you support, make a shortlist, and give it to them on paper, by email or by text.
For social prescribing link workers, health coaches, care coordinators, and council and voluntary sector staff.
Find activities for someone
How it works
- Find activities near where they live, by what they enjoy.
- Choose “Add to My picks” on the ones that suit them.
- Make a resource sheet from your picks, then print it, email it or send it as a text. Each entry says when it was last checked.
Your tools
- My picks: what you have chosen so far
- Make a resource sheet on a topic for a place, without picking one by one
- My saved sheets and the team library, with an email when something on a sheet changes
- Gaps in local support: what people look for that isn’t there
Get professional access to see contact details meant for professionals and to use the team library. Sign in, then give your work email address. If it is one we already trust, such as an NHS or council address, we email a link to it and you are set up when you open it; otherwise a curator approves you.
Get professional accessHelp keep listings right
When you have visited a group or spoken to it, tell us with “Check or report this listing” on its page. Your check shows on the listing as Checked by a professional, with the month, so the next person can rely on it too. Checks from one team count as one. How we check listings
