Memory Group (Henhayes Centre)

A charity that aims to reduce isolation, loneliness, and seclusion for the older and disabled members of the local community, while promoting their health & well-being. They offer a number of core activities which include meals, support, friendship, companionship, activities to improve fitness as well as mental and cognitive health, and the opportunity to develop positive social connections.
